Laura Zanetti is an Associate Professor of corporate finance at Bocconi University and a Research Fellow at the Baffi Research Centre. In addition to her teaching and research roles, she served for several years as the Academic Director of the of the Master of Science in Finance and the Bachelor of Economics and Finance.
She graduated with honors from Bocconi University and has been a Visiting Scholar at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Auditor, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of leading companies. Her academic work includes authoring several books and articles on corporate finance, corporate governance, and business valuation.
