Mariano Massimiliano Croce Appointed to Editorial Board of American Economic Review

Mariano Massimiliano Croce is internationally recognized for his research on asset pricing in general equilibrium models, with a focus on uncertainty about the long-run economic outlook ("growth news shocks"). His studies also explore international asset prices, exchange rates, the interactions between investment, wealth and global welfare, and the implications of fiscal policies on economic growth. The American Economic Review, founded in 1911, is considered one of the “top five” journals in international economic academia. The journal is edited by the American Economic Association, an organization established in 1885 that promotes research and the dissemination of economic knowledge through publications, conferences, and educational initiatives.
