3rd Bocconi Banking and Corporate Finance Conference-5-6 May 2025, organized by Department of Finance Bocconi University – BAFFI - CEPR

The Department of Finance at Bocconi University, in collaboration with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), is pleased to announce the 3rd Bocconi and CEPR Finance Conference on Banking and Corporate Finance, to be held on May 5–6, 2025, at Bocconi’s urban campus in Milan. This event brings together leading scholars and emerging voices in finance to explore frontier research on banking, credit markets, corporate governance, innovation, and financial intermediation. Highlights include a keynote address by Professor Philipp Schnabl (NYU Stern) and presentations by researchers from institutions such as LSE, Georgetown, Duke, and Imperial College. The conference fosters academic exchange on topics of global relevance, with a particular focus on the evolving structure of financial systems and their implications for policy and practice.

Each year, we alternate between Banking and Corporate Finance (BCF) and Asset Pricing (AP). This edition will focus on Corporate Finance and Financial Intermediation.
