The Bocconi Finance Conference

About the Conference

The annual, invitation-only Bocconi Finance Conference brings together leading scholars from around the world to present and discuss frontier research in finance. Organized by the Department of Finance at Bocconi University, the conference alternates its focus each year between asset pricing and corporate finance, ensuring a fresh and diverse program of topics and approaches.

The conference is held each spring in Milan, and registration generally opens in February. Topics span a wide range of cutting-edge questions in finance, including (but not limited to) market efficiency, risk premia, asset pricing anomalies, corporate investment, financial intermediation, capital structure, governance, innovation, and ESG. A highlight of the event is the keynote address, delivered by a distinguished finance scholar whose work has shaped the field.

We look forward to welcoming researchers to Milan for rigorous academic exchange, thoughtful discussion, and opportunities to engage with the global finance research community.
